This Travel Trailer has an integrated wireless back-up camera to help navigate the roads and parking spots. The trailer is set up with a weight distribution hitch that helps in towing with smaller, 1/2 ton vehicles. We send you on your way with several fishing poles, lures and games to keep everyone occupied in the great outdoors! Your vehicle will need to be equipped with a trailer brake system and a 7 pin connector. Forget mosquito's; we provide a fogger, candles and include several sprays for you convenience. This is our family camper, we want others to share in the adventures!What's includedThis camper is stocked! Linens, utensils, supplies and more. We can add the following gear at no charge: camping chairs (up to 6) and portable grill.RecommendationsIn no particular order:

1) Do you have experience with towing a large vehicle,? If so, what was the longest object you've towed and for how long?
2) What is the year, make and model of the vehicle you plan to use for towing our trailer?
3) How many people plan to stay in the camper?
4) Will furry friends (dogs only) be traveling?Expectations:
- Towing Experience: Drivers must have experience in towing 30ft+ trailers
- Max Speed while towing: 60mph
- Average mpg: 6-9mph
- Renters are prohibited from riding in the trailer while the trailer is in route.
- Max occupants: 10 (6 adults, 4 small kids) Remember, this is still a trailer with limitations. The trailer includes 2 full/queen sized bunks, 1 queen bed in the master, 1 dinette table that converts to a small bed and the couch that converts into a bed. Max height for the dinette and couch is 4'8. This is tested since I'm 5'4 and have to curl up the whole time sleeping, lol. Max weight for top bunk is 300lbs.
- Towing and payload capacity: Do the math! Towing capacity is how much your truck or SUV can pull, while payload capacity is how much it can carry. That includes curb weight, passengers, cargo, etc. The trailer's GVWR is 7780lbs (trailer+ cargo capacity only), then add the weight of the hitch (780lbs), your vehicle must be able to tow over 8560lbs comfortably before passengers and any additional items like a generator, bikes, etc. Reservations with insufficient towing capacity will be declined. Please be sure to do the math before booking to avoid further confusion.
- Min 20amp electric hookup required. Dry docking without an electric source is prohibited so make sure your site is equip with electric hookup!
- If Dry docking, renters must provide their own generator or rent ours for $10 a day (select add-on option during booking). Renters must adhere to the campsite generator restrictions which may include restricted generator use between the hours of 8pm to 8am. Before renting, please check your campsite requirements and limitations. It may be uncomfortable for renters and pets without electricity during certain seasons or in certain areas of the country. Dry Docking renters will want to consider using their coolers for food storage as the fridge/freezer is 100% Electric.
- Tanks: Okay folks, this is not the Ritz, so you are going to experience some difference in the following areas: Tank holding capacity and hot water. 1 holding tanks aren't very large if you have
- Cleaning: The camper is equip with a built in vacuum and our camper is stocked with cleaning supplies. Trailer must be returned in the same condition as the day she was picked up. Laundry/linens are to remain on the beds but towels must be in the hamper before handoff. $150 cleaning fee will be assessed and deducted from the deposit if the trailer is returned unclean.
- Renter responsibility and damages: Once the you're hooked up and keys are in your hands, the responsibility falls on you. Tire blow outs, replacements, etc are all the responsibility of the camper. Damages must be reported immediately to provide a quick and agreeable resolution before renter returns the trailer. Failure to notify us of damages could result in a loss of your security deposit.
