Although our trailer is capable of going off-road, we would appreciate you being mindful of the road conditions and staying on already-broken, plowed, paved, or grated roads. Some 4x4 roads may be easier than others and we do not want the trailer to be damaged due to unforeseen road conditions or recklessness. Prior approval is required for traveling on any 4x4 roads or off-road towing.No Smoking/Drugs Policy
No smoking or drug use is allowed inside of our trailer. Your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges plus a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages.Tickets, Tolls, and Tows Policy: The renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds.What's includedThe rental Boreas XT will come with bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows), cooking utensils, pots and pans, crockery, dishwashing and cleaning supplies, ground sheets, 4-wall awning room enclosure, a pop-up shower tent, and an operating manual.The two lithium ion batteries (recently upgraded to two) of the Boreas will be fully charged when you come to pick it up and two 11-pound propane tanks and a 30-gallon water tank filled up. A 5-gallon fuel can or warter jugs are add-ons, and can be filled per your request at an additional charge. The trailer is equipped with an air conditioner and heat. However, to use the air conditioner non stop, you will need to connect to shore power or a 2000w generator that you supply.A shore power cable will be provided for you to charge your trailer as well; which will come in handy if you're parking in an RV park, or a camping sight that has plug-in electricity. A 100-watt portable solar panel will be optional if you plan on parking the trailer in shady areas. The hitch for towing will be provided and installed on your vehicle. 5.0I can’t even describe how much fun our family had. From the creek side camping in the San Juans to the remote wilderness outaide the collegiate parks, this camper took us where we wanted to go and allowed my wife and kids to have a few luxuries from home along the way. Ahmad had everything you could ever need and somethings that we didn’t even think about. Five stars all around!!

5.0The experience with Ahmed was fantastic. He was definitely what one would call a super host. His knowledge of the trailer was exquisite and thoroughly walked me through everything in the trailer so that I was prepared when I got to my campsite. Additionally, his willingness to provide a late evening drop off without an extra charge is going above and beyond what many others provide, and it really calmed my nerves on getting back after the long trip l. He was truly excellent and so was his camper.
