Frequently asked questions
Q.
• How do shore power and 12V battery power work?
A.
-Shore Power: Plug the 30-amp cord into the campground pedestal using the provided surge protector. This powers the AC and household outlets. -12V Battery: Ensure the master battery switch on the front tub is toggled to the ON (vertical) position
Q.
How does the Jackery power the Starlink Mini?
A.
Starlink Mini Setup: Place the dish with a clear view of the northern sky. Plug the 16ft trigger cable directly into the Jackery’s 100W USB-C PD port. Keep the Jackery AC inverter button turned OFF to avoid unnecessary power drain
Q.
Will leaving the trailer plugged into my car drain my battery?
A.
Yes. Always unplug the 7-pin connector from your vehicle when parked for extended periods to prevent draining your starter battery.
Q.
How do I level and stabilize the trailer?
A.
1. Place heavy-duty wheel chocks in front of and behind the tires before unhitching. Place levelers below the wheels and reference the level indicators mounted on the trailer. 2. Disconnect from your vehicle and adjust the front tongue jack to level front-to-back. 3. Lower all 4 corner stabilizer jacks until they touch the ground firmly plus a 1/4 turn. Never use stabilizer jacks to lift tires off the ground.
