Communication was great. We even had a question during our trip for water connection and Katie was fast to respond. The generator provided is an external generator stored inside the camper during the drive, and is over 100 pounds. It’s very difficult to lift. Supplied toiletries, toilet paper, and silverware were limited. However, we were prepared with our own. The main bed is super comfortable. Good camper for a short trip as long as you have two people to move the generator.

Our experience in the van was good! The wander-vans team was very good at communicating and being available. The no contact pick up and drop off was smooth. The van was clean and had plenty of space.
