Surrounded by miles of rolling countryside, it’s hard not to fall in love with Quakerwoods Campground. The idyllic, slower pace is the way of life in the agricultural Lehigh Valley. Fun activities, museums, and other attractions are a short drive away in a rental motorhome. Quakerwoods Campground is family-friendly, featuring fun activities like mini-golf, horseshoes, shuffleboards, and a basketball court. On weekends, the guests are invited to participate in community events, too. Hayrides are a regular event in summers and falls. For water lovers, there is a swimming pool and a fishing pond.
Campers have a choice between full or partial hookups, and each RV site has a fire pit. Restrooms with hot showers are a short walk from most sites. The ground is pet-friendly, though all owners are required to keep their dogs leashed, and they are prohibited from entering the community buildings. Quakerwoods Campground is open April through November.
The closest town is Quakertown, about four miles to the southeast. The town, which was founded in the late 1700s, has several historical buildings and homes that look like they did when they originally were built. Walking through this historic town is akin to stepping back in time. Create a bucolic RV camping experience with a search for RVs in Bucks County, PA.
