JAKE WAS AN EXCELLANT HOST. THE UNIT WAS READY AND CLEAN AT OUR SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME. INSTRUCTIONS ON USING THE UNIT VERE COMPLATE AND UNDERSTANDABLE. HE INFORMED US OF ONE PROBLEM WITH THE UNIT CONCERNING THE WATER TANK HAVING A LEAK. THT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. IT WOULD SEEM THE LEAK WAS WORSE THAN HE REALIZED AS THE WATER TANK ONLY HELD WATER FOR 24 HOURS BEFORE IT ALL LEAKED OUT. OTHER THAN THAT TRIP WAS PERFECT AND JAKE WAS TRULY NICE TO WORK WITH.

We loved this pop-up. The owners were very nice and walked us through the set up process when we arrived. The pop up was clean, and everything we needed for our trip was provided: Plates and utentsils, cleaning supplies, trashbags, and some games to pass the time. Highly recommend!!

Really happy with Brian the Host and the Toto. Everything was dialed in for the campervan so the family and I could just focus on having a good trip through SW Colorado. The vehicle, the amenities were all utilized and appreciated especially the AC unit with the temperatures so high this summer.
