Davin was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We paid for early pickup at noon, and he was kind enough to let us pick up even earlier at 10am. He was helpful at pickup, walked us through the RV, and everything inside worked as expected during the trip. The bed was also extremely comfortable, which we appreciated.

Chris was easy to work with and great with communication. Checked in with us throughout the whole process. Very thorough walk through and instructions. We had a great experience for our first trip with a trailer. Oh, lent us the trailer hitch and trailer brake controller -- so awesome! Good people!

Christina was a great host, always got back super fast. The only one thing about the trailer is there is not enough essentials to actually go camping with in the trailer. If we hadn't been with other people, we would not have been able to cook. Also there were sheets but no comforter(s), but we thankfuly brought our sleeping bags.
