We are a small equine non-profit. This was rented for 3 out of state examiners to sleep in, take showers vs a sketchy motel nearby our event. The kitchen was not used, as others provided meals for them. A coffee pot had to be supplied by another camper, otherwise it suited our needs.
We paid extra for delivery, set up in a field with no hook ups. The owner/husband set up the RV including the awning so no one would have to do anything.
Unfortunately, it rained in the middle of the night and the awning broke/collapsed. A claim was filed and we are on the hook for the damage (just over $800 which is more than our weekend rental), despite owner's setting it up. Needless to say we learned our lesson. We won't be able to use this service again as it put us extremely over budget for a very small testing event with limited funds.
Ginae and her husband were great to work with. They stayed in contact with our on site organizer for delivery and pick up. I am told the RV itself was fine as well.

Ginae was the best! First time on Outdoorsy, she was so helpful and so patient with my many questions. She was flexible, knowledgeable, great communication and always responded in a timely manner. The trailer was perfect! Very clean and sanitized. Loved it! We also had it delivered. Ginae's husband (apology I don't remember his name) was on time, explained the entire trailer to us, set it up and leveled it. He was very kind and professional. Would highly recommend Ginae Boshart's trailer.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Ginae and her family dropped off the RV and had it all ready for us before we even arrived. Her husband arrived on time to pick back up the RV. Beautiful RV inside and out..

Ginae helped us so much through our first experience with Outdoorsy. She communicated clearly and often with updates about our trip. She was very accommodating with our situation.
We spent our time at the Oregon Dunes and founad the trailer worked well for dry camping.
The space was accurately described and well kept. Everything in the trailer was available for us to use and almost everything we needed was provided (no silverware but not a big deal). It fit our family perfectly.
We would definitely reserve with Ginae again!
