Had a great time with family and making memories with Lyo’s RV. His communication was prompt and clear. He even made a very informative orientation video for the user to preview before the rental. Highly recommend!

We had a a great experience renting from Lyo. He was good with communication, and provided a helpful video and in person tutorial on how to work everything prior to our trip. The rv was clean and comfortable, and Lyo made pick up and return of the rv an easy process. Thankful for a good first rv rental experience.

We picked up the RV from Lyo at his home. He was accommodating to a time that worked for us the morning we picked it up. He explained all functions of the RV and let us know that he was available should we have any questions during our camp trip. The RV was very clean and comfortable. This was the first time we rented an RV and will definitely want to rent from Lyo again. Our camp trip was exactly what we were hoping for.

This was our first experience driving, operating, maintaining an RV and I am super pleased that we went with Lyo's Chateau. We're very COVID-conscious but also love to travel, which is why we felt like renting an RV would be our happy medium for traveling this year. The RV was spotless when we got it and Lyo definitely showed that he takes COVID very seriously as well. All in all, we had no complaints with the RV -- everything worked as intended. Half of the reason as to why our trip with this RV was so successful was because Lyo was able to answer our many many questions at any odd time of the day. He was super responsive and often times responded within minutes. I knew I could shoot him a question when I was struggling to figure something out and expect a response. I would especially recommend if you are inexperienced with RVs to go with this one as you will definitely get the best help from Lyo which allows you to focus more on having fun rather than spending hours figuring out how to operate the RV.
