I paid for delivery and water fill up and there was a leak. Asked for some of money back for inconvenience due to wasn’t any water to shower or wash hands. Even added water and still leaked. Stated leak was his fault then stated don’t feel I’m entitled to a partial refund.
Walter’s answer
The leak was not due to the water tank, the leak was from the shower drain. When I arrived I turned the water faucet on in the bathroom and water came out. You may have added water but not enough to allow the water pump (which was working) to suck water up to the faucets and shower.
