What a great experience! They are top notch when it comes to service. They took their time to explain how everything worked. They were also ready at any time to answer questions. I absolutely recommend them if you’re looking to do some RV’ing anytime soon. They really put our family worries at ease. It was quite impressive.

This was my first experience on Outdoorsy and in a trailer—and it was a great one! The host was responsive and friendly from the moment I reached out with initial questions to the day he picked up the trailer after our trip. Communication with Juliette & Ian was great. They always kept us updated. We chose the delivery and set up option. When we arrived at the camp site, the trailer was there and already set up. Ian walked me through the trailer inside and out, showing me how to operate everything.
They also provided dvd's and games for our granddaughter watch and play.
This was a great experience and would definitely rent from them again.

Ian was so kind and easy to work with. He truly made it a great experience. Not to mention he was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We had a call a day before our reservation to go over what we needed to bring - essentially our clothing and food. Hands down best experience on Outdoorsy and we will for sure book with Ian again for our next trip. Thank you again!!

WOW is all I can say to begin with. Phenomenal customer service from the very beginning to the end. Very attentive to every question I had. More than accommodating even brought stuff age appropriate for both are kids. Camper was absolutely amazing and had everything we needed for our camping trip. We will definitely be renting from Juliette and Ian again hands down and highly recommend this travel trailer if you want a comfortable trip were you can just relax and have a good time. Thanks again guys your awesome.
