Based on previous reviews, we were excited about taking this motor home on a trip which we were able to book with them on a last minute availability. We appreciated the owner’s flexibility in allowing us to do that. We arrived and the sewer tanks had not been emptied for some time prior to that day so, the camper smelled. We spent quite a bit of time cleaning it before loading our things for the trip. We discovered an infestation of what we thought were lady bugs and later discovered were Asian lady beetles resulting in a severe allergic reaction. Every time we thought we had vaccumed or killed all of them, more would appear. The sewer tanks were full after 2 days and we needed to dump them. The sewer hoses provided both had holes in them resulting in a nasty sewer spill (mostly not our sewage). The owners stated that we would never be able to get rid of the “lady bugs” and they had a third hose in the bumper that they could have told us about. There were red flags that we overlooked based on previous positive ratings. We contacted Outdoorsy who reached out to the owner. The owner refused to acknowledge responsibility for any of the issues regarding the condition of the motorhome but, Outdoorsy was very helpful in working with us after our trip.
