I would never rent from them again. so not informative at all! we didn't have heat because they sent us with empty propane tanks, which we didn't even know where there because they never mentioned it! Also never even thought to mention the water tank on opposite side of everything else that needs to be filled to get hot water. they said the last person said they didn't have hot water but the owners laughed about it because they said the renter didn't leave it on long enough. so I turned it on for an hour the first time, NO HOT WATER, did it again next night for 2 hours, NO HOT WATER, clearly something isn't working right if the last person and my family didnt get hot water, should probably fix that! a pin on a bar just fell out while we're driving, couldn't find a place to get one so we got a lock for it, but still got charged for a pin on their crap that broke! you should never have to call to ask so many questions after you have left. they knew the heat didn't work and that we never had hot water the whole time but never offered to refund any money, instead decided to charge us more money for a broken pin and bathroom door, that broke while driving, even though it was hooked the way they said to hook it. just very bad experience with very uninformative people, would never use these 2 again or their camper! they ruined our trip by not having their camper up to par for a trip! definitely recommend using someone else for your rental! also take pictures of the underneath because I am getting charged for a ripped tarp under the camper, I certainly didn't rip it and now I can't prove it! NO THANK YOU! ALSO DOES NOT SLEEP 5 COMFORTABLY AT ALL!!!!

The Marcum’s were great to deal with and promptly corrected our issue with outdoor chairs. The trailer had a great layout for 2 adults and room for 4 for dinner. Note: the trailer is not really equipped for dining in. They supply only paper plates and plastic cups and plastic silverware. We had to borrow coffee mugs!
