Travis was awesome from the very beginning. I was contacted immediately after my booking, and Travis started to explain the process to me. This was great since it was my first experience renting from outdoorsy. When we met to Pick up the RV he was very knowledgeable about the entire process and went through how to use everything on the RV. He wished us a great time and we were off to Vacation. When we Returned the Unit he made the process easy and timely. I would definitely rent this unit from Travis again, we had a great experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Travis is fantastic! It really was home away from home. Highly recommend!
