This was our family's first time staying in an RV, let alone renting one. We were so impressed with Dina's RV! It was so well equipped we could have left half of what we brought from home. The bed was very comfortable, as were the armchairs and sofa. It was spacious, the kitchen was amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised with how big the shower was. Really was a top-notch first experience for us! I must add that Dina was an amazing host - very accommodating and communicative.

Dina had the trailer all set up at our Sand Hollow camp site before we arrived. She met us there and showed us through the systems. Everything was clean, tidy, and in good condition. We are very pleased and would definitely rent again,

This home away from home was exactly as shown. So cozy and comfy. I loved the Halloween decorations a add touch. Dina communicated very well. Definitely recommend this trailer

My family had a wonderful time renting this trailer. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. The beds were really comfortable.

Dina was very prompt when it came to communication. Answers every question. Worked with us for the entire trip. She also made sure we got out RV early which was great as we were at the part significantly earlier than normal check in. Very nice, very welcoming. Explained everything thoroughly, was such a great trip. RV was clean, just like the pictures, and had plenty of accommodations to make the trip easy. Will definitely book again.

Dina was wonderful to work with. She rented to us after someone else cancelled our reservation at the last minute. Her trailer was immaculate and she left detailed directions. She was very responsive to messages. Great experience!!

We had an awesome experience and would recommend to our friends and family!! Dina was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions. Her trailer had a lot of personal touches and trailer life essentials which made our glamping trip to the Watchman campsite in Zion a memorable experience. Thank you Dina and Troy!!

Dina was awesome! She kept communication when reserving her trailer and even helped me out with a few things I wasn’t certain of. She went above and beyond my expectations! The trailer was dropped off and we couldn’t meet but they had everything prepared and ready. When we walked in, not only was everything set up and ready to go-they had the AC on so our trailer wasn’t hot. It was wonderful!!! This was our first time using a trailer and it just gave my family and I a great experience. They truly had everything there for us to use.

Our 1t RV experience and it was fantastic !! The coach was beautifully maintained and Dina and Troy answered all of our questions and were extremely helpful in every aspect of our trip. We would certainly use them again without hesitation. We are ready to go again.

owner approved rental and then canceled the reservation before even giving me the opportunity to talk with her, Cancelled it and said my vehicle, my full size SUV (Nissan Armada) that has towed several toy haulers without any problem was not big enough. before I could even negotiate a delivery or getting a "bigger" truck she cancelled it and told me to get something closer. I wish we could have chatted a little before she decided to recall the reservation. It is just a little frustrating cause they withdrew the money out of my account and it can take up to 7 days to get it back. I feel like this is something that should be asked and communicated before a charge is made. or a disclosure on what type of vehicle you would like towing the trailer. Communication could definitely be better.

My apologies Melissa that you were dissatisfied with your experience. You might not have been aware but you picked an instabooking and as such I wasn’t aware until outdoorsy had approved the trip of your request. That is why once I received the booking I contacted you for the details. While you may feel that your vehicle could possibly tow our RV we require at least a 3/4 ton for safety reasons. Also since you’re destination of Bryce was 30 minutes from your starting point of Hatch UT it didn’t seem to make sense to drive 2 hours to pick up and return our RV to Hurricane UT. The cost of mileage, wear and tear on the RV didn’t seem to be the best alternative. We appreciate your feedback and have contacted outdoorsy to remove the instabooking from our account. We hope that you were able to find a closer RV that met your needs.
