This bunk house is the perfect camper for your next family getaway. We love our dogs and know you love yours too so we do allow up to 2 potty trained, well behaved dogs. With an extra large slide-out, there is plenty of room inside to spend a rainy day or when settling down for the night. The bedroom in the front is separated by a wall with a TV that swivels so you can watch it from the main part of the trailer or the comfy queen-sized bed! The zoned sound system allows for you to customize where you want the sound to play; inside, outside, just in the front bedroom, or all three. The full size bunk beds in the back could fit two people each, but we think it would be a tight fit for two adults on each of those beds (weight capacity for the bunks is 500lbs each).

If you think of anything else you might want to bring, reach out before you buy because we probably have it and could arrange to provide it for your trip.

Please consider the toilet to be "light duty." If a clog occurs you will be charged $250. To prevent clogs, use only RV/Marine specific toilet paper, (I try to provide enough for your trip) and lots of water. We highly recommend using an alternate bathroom for solid waste.

The beautiful outdoor kitchen which includes the two burner stove, full sink, refrigerator, microwave oven and lots of storage.  Inside upfront is the master bedroom with a beautiful large window to let you look out over the campground in the morning when you wake.   It includes a wall mounted TV, which can also be mounted outside of the camper.  The main living area has a couch and dining room table, both of them turn into queen size sleepers.  Also in the main living area is a refrigerator with separate freezer, three burner stove with oven, two bay sink and lots of storage.   Camper  has a nice bathroom with vent fan and shower. Finally the bunkhouse has a couch that turns into a queen size sleeper with two separate bunk beds and an entertainment center with TV and ceiling mounted speakers.



 Currently, no generator available, so bookings need to be at campsites with full hook up.
Including 30 amp electric.

Rental includes dishes,  pots and pans, silverware, towels, wash clothes and hand towels.  
Linen provided (Fitted and top sheets, blankets and pillow cases) for every bed.   

I will drop the camper off to the location that it will be used.  I will not permit anyone to tow my camper.   I will drop it off, open it up, set up water plumbing and power and walk you through and show you everything you need to know to enjoy your stay.

Here are the guidelines and policies regarding the use of our RV:

1. Safety First: Please ensure that you follow all traffic laws and avoid any activities that could cause harm to yourself or others. Climbing on the roof of the RV is strictly prohibited.

2. No Smoking: We have a strict no smoking policy in place. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the rental, a cleaning and disinfection fee of up to $750 will be charged to properly address the issue.

3. Pick-up and Return Times: If you need to adjust the pick-up or return time from your scheduled reservation, additional fees will be applied if the requested time is available.

4. Septic Disposal: For renters towing or driving an RV, it is your responsibility to empty the septic before returning the vehicle.

5. Cleanliness: We kindly request that you return the RV in a clean condition after your trip. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees. 

7. Renter Requirements: Renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver's license.

8. Insurance Coverage: Please note that the protection package purchased with your rental reservation is considered an excess policy. In the event of a claim, it is necessary to file with your primary auto insurance carrier first. If your carrier denies the claim, the Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter will then become the primary coverage.

9. Insurance Purchase: Renters are required to purchase an insurance coverage option when making their reservation.

Our Cherokee Wolf Pup offers amenities and comforts that will help make lasting memories for a couple or small family.  The main sleeping area offers a queen size bed complete with linens and WiFi TV.  There is an additional bunkhouse for smaller children and the beds can be made upon request.  The kitchen offers a full size refrigerator / freezer, 2 burner stove, microwave and much more.  The cozy dinette has comfortable inside seating for 2.   There is a hook up for gas grill and an outside shower.  We will arrange a date and time to have the camper delivered to a location of your choice, set up and ready for you to enjoy upon your arrival.  Whether you are a seasoned camper or a first timer, we know you will love this camper.  

In order to make your trip a smooth and stress free as possible, the following items will be found in the camper:
