We take pride in providing you with a stress free experience and will give you a full walk through of the unit upon pickup or delivery.
Unit will be cleaned and sanitized prior to each rental. We use ozone treatment prior to each rental. We ask that you return unit in a "broom clean" condition, take out the trash, and wipe down the toilet,  to avoid extra cleaning charges, but leave detailed cleaning and sanitizing to us.

Our recommendation when booking RV sites - please make sure to reserve 'full' hookups for ultimate experience.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the unit. Any hint of cigarette/vape/cigar will insure a professional cleaning fee of $300. This of course does not include wood campfire smoke.

This unit is pet friendly, we allow (up to 2) dogs no more than 20lb for an additional $50 fee.  Please note, that any damage caused by your pet is your responsibility, and will be deducted from your deposit.

Please return unit with empty tanks (grey & black), or a $200 surcharge will be applied.

Please use this unit as your home away from home, so it can be enjoyed by you and other guests.

This is our personal RV, so please No smoking or pets in the RV. 750$ penalty will be charged. 

Please dump the tanks before dropping off. Its going to be very tough for me to clean em up after the fact. I will have to charge 300$ for emptying them.

If available, Vehicle can be picked up early for half the price (upto 4hrs). Please text me for availability. Upto 8hrs early is full nightly price. 
Additional support services are 100$/hr - Set up of the RV at customer location, Service calls, Any other support services.
Any small issues - I will try to fix them at the same rate (100/hr), rather than filing Insurance Claim.

2020 Jayco Precept

Almost NEW and loaded with all the comforts of home. "Thor" comes with all the necessary amenities and a few added comforts (tempurpedic mattress pads)! Meticulously maintained, cleaned, disinfected, mattress protectors, etc (for the neat freak like me!) Main Bedroom has Queen size bed, Bunks are similar to narrow Twin size beds, Loft above driving area is also similar to Queen. Dining table and couch both fold down to sleep another 1-2 people each (depending on height/size! ) Plenty of charging stations/outlets, WinegardConnect for improved WiFi experience,  indoor and outdoor TVs, indoor/outdoor showers, full bath, kitchen (stove, small oven, micro, fridge/freezer), outdoor storage, generator for "boondocking", awning, and more. Let the adventures begin! I mean really could they have given this RV a better name?!

Thanks for viewing our listing, this is a much-loved family-friendly RV that has plenty of space for a small family as well as a couple and a few fur babies with the convenience of towing a smaller camper!  Love this camper, it's easy to back in and has everything you need! 

Bring your whole crew along for trips in this roomy travel trailer that can sleep up to 7 people each night. Once you've set up the 14' power awning with LED lights, make lunch on the outdoor propane griddle, and there is an outdoor refrigerator for cold drinks. Explore some trails or take your fishing poles down to the river, then head back to the trailer to clean up in the full bath. The kids may want to rest on the double-size bunks, while the adults play a game around the U-shaped dinette. This model also includes a sofa with storage access, plus a Murphy bed that lowers over the sofa when you're ready for bed. 

Sleeping arrangements:
* Queen murphy bed, upgraded with extra comfy mattress topper
* Double bunks, bigger than the more common coffin bunks, both with mattress toppers.
*  The table also converts to a full-size bed.  There is a mattress topper for this located in the cabinet. 
 

I can deliver it to the campground for a fee which includes setup and breakdown of the camper. Just meet me at the campground and I will hook everything up for you and when you are ready to leave just text me and I will meet you at the campground and unhook everything!  Just make sure you sweep clean the camper before I arrive.

There is a cleaning fee, but if you clean the camper and leave as you found it then we are happy to refund you the fee.

We have sway control and a heavy-duty hitch for you to use, a 37" Smart TV that is wall-mounted, or feel free to bring it outside and watch the game! All the wiring and hookups you need for any campground! We have extension chords, coax cable for tv, toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, pots, pants, silverware, basic spices, knives, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, outdoor griddle! Tons of usb plugs, including 2 plugs in each bunk!

We own a 27.5 feet RV from 2017 that's been kept in great condition, including one slide.
