*Security Deposit: $500. If you return the trailer in the same condition in which you received it, we will refund your entire security deposit. Cost of damaged or missing items will be deducted from security deposit. Renters are also responsible for cleaning the unit prior to return. This includes sweeping, wiping surfaces and spills, and washing dishes. Returning the unit in unclean condition is subject to cleaning fees of up to 500$ depending on condition. 

*Complete forfeit of deposit will occur if there is ANY evidence of Smoking/Vaping: Absolutely NO Smoking OR Vaping is allowed inside RV  

*If holding tanks are not empty upon return, we will withhold $200 from your security deposit.  

* We allow pets, but require approval first. Please no pets on beds or furniture as they can tear.

*We are festival friendly but require notification if that’s where you will be taking the unit. Also the Festival Fee add on must be selected. If it’s found to have been at a festival without approval and add on, security deposit will be forfeited. 

*If awning is used renter must be mindful of the weather conditions at all times. If leaving the camper, the awning must be brought into the full retracted position no exceptions. 

* The required Outdoorsy insurance only covers Exterior damages in the situation of an collision or similar type of event. There is an optional interior coverage option you are able to select which is approximately 70$. If this is not selected, costs to repair or replace interior damage is withheld from the security deposit.

Please return the RV the way you found it, remove garbage, wash dishes, sweep, and notify owner of any major spills, scuffs, or damages. Cost of repairs are deducted from security deposit or interior insurance coverage (if purchased).

A change for us this year is that we are limiting the distance the RV will travel during a rental. We are limiting the RV to traveling a maximum of a 500-mile radius from our home in Esko, MN. 

We are located just a few minutes from Jay Cooke State Park, a KOA and just three miles off Interstate 35 to Duluth and the North Shore. 

Whether you are traveling locally or a few hundred miles away, you and your family can enjoy this coach with sleeping space provided on the queen bed in the rear corner, on the cab-over bunk, and the Dream dinette offers more space (sleeps up to 6)!  You even have your own full bathroom to stay clean and refreshed, plus a microwave and three-burner gas cooktop to make warm meals and a flip-up countertop extension for more prep space. The power awning provides an outdoor living area protected from the elements.

Enjoy renting a Magnitude GA Class C gas motorhome by Thor Motor Coach that is built on a Ford 350 E-Series chassis giving you comfort, convenience and a place to make memories that will last a lifestyle. 

This rental is for a family-friendly camping experience. No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or otherwise) inside the camper. We do not allow cats (owner has bad allergies).

We welcome small dogs but please no cats (the owner has allergies to cats).

On return, we require:
- Gas tank to be returned full which is how you will receive the RV.
- Grey and black water tanks should be completely flushed according to the provided video tutorial ($100 septic fee added if not flushed upon return).

There is a 2 night minimum stay with our RV. 

We would be interested in long term rental over the winter months. Contact us if interested.

Fully Furnished! For cooking, our kitchen is furnished with cookware, knives, tools/gadgets, dishes+utensils (4 sets & few extras), and dish towels.

We supply paper towel and toilet paper.

To help you keep the space clean, we'll have some basic cleaning supplies--broom, dust pan, rag and multi-surface cleaner.

There is a first aid kit above the kitchen sink.


Just leave your vehicle on our property when picking up the RV and you will be on your way. 

We are located just a few miles from Jay Cooke State Park and just minutes away from Duluth, MN which leads to the amazing North Shore of Lake Superior. Electrical hookups available at the DECC/Amsoil Arena which could make for a fun weekend in Duluth (Grandma's marathon, Inline Marathon, etc).

Located conveniently in the Lakes Area, this camper can sleep 8-9 people. There is a queen bed, 2 double beds in the bunk area,  a dinette table that can be a bed for 1-2 people and a couch that folds down to accommodate 1-2 people.  For 2025 we have added memory foam mattress toppers to the queen bed and both bunk beds for added comfort. There are several storage areas in this camper to store your items.  The kitchen stove has a 3 burner stove and oven, a microwave,  and the refrigerator is able to store a lot of food! We have stocked the kitchen with cooking items and  service for 10, plus a 4 cup coffee maker.  The bathroom has a shower/ tub combo which is great for camping with kids. The camper is ready for full service campsites and has 2 Roku tv's that can be used with campground internet or your hotspot and your sign in information for Netflix, Prime, etc.  Mattress protectors are provided for the 3 large beds and bedding/pillows are available for all bed areas, for an additional fee. We will provide 1 kitchen size garbage bag/day of rental, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, cleaning wipes, dish soap and hand soap. The outside of the camper has a griddle, folding table, outdoor shower, rug, awning, led lights, speakers for the radio/tv and a spot to bring a tv outside! This camper is ready for your vacation rain or shine!

Delivery may be an option but please contact us first for availability. We can generally be flexible with pick up/drop offs but please contact us for availability.

• We provide pots, pans and cooking utensils, plus service for 10. We provide a 4 cup coffee maker/filters and coffee mugs. We provide 1 garbage bag for each day of rental, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper per stay. We also provide a small bottle of dish soap or power wash and hand soap. There is a broom/dustpan, and dry mop.  A folding table is included for outdoor set up. There are a rug and a black mat(to be put under the feet of the stairs) for the front of the camper.  

This is a NO smoking camper. Please do not use tobacco, marijuana, vape or any other smoking/vaping inside of our camper. Thanks

We purchased our RV from the original owner who took wonderful care of it.  We remodeled it to bring it into the 21st century.  We love the layout of this RV, it is super comfortable and roomy.  

The master bedroom has a brand new queen mattress from Costco that is very comfortable.  The bathroom door opens to make the rear of the RV into a master bedroom with a bathroom and shower.  There is tons of storage as well.

The main cabin has all the amenities needed, range, microwave, toaster oven.  Next to that is a roomy kitchen table and full size jackknife couch.  There is also a queen bed over the cab that is very comfortable.  It has a brand new memory foam topper as well.  There is an on-board remote start generator to power all of these amenities while traveling down the road.  Also included is the use of a 4 position bike rack/cargo carrier.

Basic kitchen utensils, a couple pots and pans, coffee maker and filters, dish soap.  
I supply toilet paper, hopefully you won't run out, but if you do please only buy RV toilet paper.
Sheets, pillows and blankets are NOT provided.  Please bring all bedding needed for your trip.

However with live dealing us a busy lifestyle we no longer have the opportunity to use as mush as we would like. So, we figured what better way then to share a little bit of our love for camping with someone who doesn’t have a camper. 

This camper features 2 bunks, a jack knife sofa, a dinette which turns into a bed. There is a Roku tv. There is a double kitchen sink, a toilet, shower, hot water, oven, fridge, stove and oven, and microwave. Overall the perfect family camper for going on a trip or camping or whatever you have in mind.

Our 2022 camper is a clean & pet friendly rental to spend some camping time with your family or friends.  There is a king size bed in a private room, two bunk beds, table to bed conversion, and sofa that slides into a twin bed.  There is a spacious living area including a TV and fireplace.  

• We provide a mini crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, clean linens, outside rugs, 3 camping chairs, and lights to hang around your site.  

There is a nice size refrigerator and freezer inside along with an extra outdoor mini fridge.  
No smoking allowed.
