This is the perfect camper for your weekend getaway! Plenty of sleeping room in this home away from home. The main bed is a queen size with electric outlets, USB charge ports on opposite sides. Shelves/ Storage above the bed. Two Single bunks at the rear of the camper, as well as a dinette that converts into the final bed. In total it will sleep 6 people. Has a full indoor kitchen and an outdoor kitchen that features a mini fridge along with a Griddle top grill!

The camper comes fully equipped with a TV, Microwave, Coffee maker, Fridge/Freezer combo, Sink, Various Cookware, Silverware, and Dishes. Also comes with built in heating, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable the entire trip!  You will find plenty of lighting, and Electrical outlets throughout the camper. Along with plenty of
extra storage under the dinette bench seats, and access to Camper storage under main queen bed.

Lake vermillion is a very nice campground with recreational rentals, and a nice lake, with a swimming area. If you are looking for a more natural, Historical camping site then Palisades State park is one of the most unique areas in South Dakota. Scenic overlooks rushing water, and 50' vertical cliffs make this a very popular getaway.
If you are looking for a simple super kid friendly close to the city getaway I would recommend Yogi bear campground. Plenty of adventures, and activities for the kids to enjoy!

Cancellation policy
Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure.
Otherwise, the cancellation policy is moderate.
•	Cancel more than 7 days before your trip begins: 75% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 25%)
•	Cancel seven or fewer days before your trip begins: 50% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 50%)
The service fee, and the tax you pay on it, are not refundable. The insurance and other taxes are.
Note: If you still owe some toward the booking total at the time of cancellation, you will need to pay the remainder.

Front master bedroom w/king-size bed with door and adjacent roomy bathroom. Kitchen/dining room & living room has a slide-out on each side making the room 12 feet wide for more comfort and space. The dinette converts into a full-size bed as well as the sofa. In the rear is a 3rd slide-out in the bunkroom with 3 twin bunks and single dinette that also converts to a bed if needed (4 twins). Outside there is an outside kitchen with a mini fridge, sink and cook-top. Also, there is an outside hose to rinse off feet and such. 

Some camp chairs and 2 camp tables will be included. Blankets, pillows, and linen will be provided for master bed. Pans and kitchen utensils are included

-Please clean up any spills or crumbs immediately to avoid attracting pests.

2021 Dutchmen Kodiak Ultimate

Welcome to your new home on the road! This 29' travel trailer has all the space you need to make a great weekend outdoors.  The trailer has 2 twin size bunks, a queen size bed, a dinette conversion that sleeps 2, and a fold out sofa for sleeping up to 8.  The bunks have a Pac-n-Play Storage door, converting the lower bunk into a large storage area for traveling with lots of gear.  The kitchen has everything you could want including a Gas/AC Refrigerator, 3 Burner Stove, Oven, 5 cup coffee pot, Microwave, and a large pantry for storing all your snacks and meals.  For spending time outdoors, the trailer has a 24' awning as well as provided patio mat for setting up a large patio area to enjoy the great outdoors. 

The trailer has a 36 gallon fresh water tank or you can use the city water hookup.  Other utilities include cable TV/antenna hookup for your TV, two 30 lb propane gas tanks, and 30 amp electric service.  The trailer is easily towed with a 1/2 ton pickup as long as you have a brake controller and a 7 pin round electrical hookup.  Delivery is available upon request.

Included with the rental is a fully stocked kitchen with all cookware, plates, and utensils, coffee pot, fresh linens for the bunks and queen bed.

Camper comes with a 2" Receiver Weight Distribution Hitch.  I also have an adapter for a 2.5" receiver.  I do not have a separate brake controller, but some trucks do come with this included (please check your manual)

Lewis and Clark Recreation Area is about an hour south of Sioux Falls and has some amazing campgrounds as well as recreation options, complete with a large lake, hiking trails, swimming beaches, and more.  
• Newton Hills State Park has great hiking, biking, and exploring and is less than an hour away from Sioux Falls.  
• Further west, KOA a Pulmers Gultch is right beneath Mount Rushmore in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota.  The campground has a ton to do and the views are beautiful.

Main bedroom with a closable door and the kitchen is right as you walk in! One large slide out that opens up the living room and kitchen. Plenty of space for a pack n play or two!

Pretty much only need to bring your food, drinks, and clothes!

We've never had an issue fitting this camper anywhere, and we’ve taken it to many campgrounds! Our favorite spots are Kamp Dels, Two Rivers Campground, and a few local county park campgrounds.
