We’ve traveled across the country with this beautiful travel trailer and made it our home on the road. We’ve camped at state parks, private campgrounds, and public lands. We’re the first and only owners and have all the “kinks'' worked out. We’ve also added many upgrades that really make it a home away from home. It has a beautiful interior with a large living room, kitchen and private bedroom. 

We're happy to deliver within a 100 mile radius of Pine Island MN. Please note the size and utility requirements when making your campsite reservations. The satellite internet requires a clear view of the sky and will not get a good signal in a wooded area.

This is a brand new 21 foot travel trailer with an electric slide out full dinette that converts into more sleeping.  It also features a queen sized bed in the front and two bunks in the rear.  It has a 3/4 size fridge/freezer, microwave, and 2 gas burner stove top with glass cover.  Gas/electric water heater, 20 gal fresh water tank, 30-15 Amp converter, 30-50 Amp converter, 4 way sway control hitch, brake controller, fresh water hookup with filter and regulator, cable internet hookups, electric awning, etc.  Reach out if you have any questions!

If you're tired of being close to people and staying in loud and noisy campgrounds then Stop Your Search NOW!  If you want a real overlanding experience then this is your Only option. This van is equipped with solar panels, a massive bank of lithium batteries, and a 2nd alternator to recharge those batteries.  You can Literally go anywhere and keep the comforts of home without having to plug into Anything.  That's right, that means you can be in the middle of nowhere and still have A/C, heat, lights, hot water, a refrigerator, cooktop, and outlets for a Netflix binge if the weather gets bad (download stuff on your device prior to the trip in case you don’t have cell service). 

The van is 4x4 and comes equipped with MaxTraxx recovery boards, a shovel, and an extra 2.5 gallons of fuel. These safeguards will help you feel more comfortable getting to some really amazing places.

This is meant to be a solo or couples van.  However, there are two separate sleeping spaces so a 2-person crew, who didn't want to bunk together, could certainly share the space.

The van will come standard with privacy shades, two camping chairs, utensils, paper towels, toilet paper, basic cooking needs, and cookware.  You will be responsible for your own bed linens (queen fits best) and towels. 

However, if there's something else that  you need for your adventure just reach out. We can probably make it happen.

We're firm believers that real adventures should be limitless.  We want our renters to feel the same way.  We don't want to add any unnecessary rules. 

We're also animal lovers so there's no way we could limit pets.  Adventures are so much better with your furry friends.  

With that being said, we do expect you to treat our equipment as if it was your own. Do what you want just make sure you bring it back on time and in the same condition in which you received it. Adventure on friends!



This rig is your playground!  You can literally take it just about anywhere.  We're located in Minnesota and there's enough to do in this state alone for at least a month! However, if you don't know exactly where you want to go, let us know.  For $50 a day we can put together the itinerary of your dreams!  Do you want to go on an adventure to see waterfalls?  We've got you covered!  Do you want to go to a remote location and just be in the quiet of nature? We've got you covered!

Must stay within 100 miles. 
Fresh water tank, water heater and lines have been cleaned with hydrogen peroxide in the spring, though do NOT drink water from rv just to be safe. Please bring drinking water.

This camper is perfect for a quick getaway! It’s the ideal size and packed full of amenities including, an outdoor carpet, an outdoor folding table, extra blankets, pillows, and everything you need! If you are bringing your linens, just let me know otherwise I can provide them. 

There are plenty of pots/pans, dishes, toaster and Keurig coffee maker that are included. If you need anything else, just let me know and I can throw it in before you take off. Comes with wheel chalks sewage hook-up up and an outdoor shower.

If you would like to travel outside the 50 mile radius, we can negotiate a flat fee that will cover wear and tear on camper tires etc.  

There are so many fantastic campgrounds in the surrounding area including Shades of Sherwood, Whitewater State Park, Lanesboro, Cannon Falls, Frontenac, Kamp Dells in Waseca and so many others.

Perfect sized trailer to haul with little to no towing experience with a total length of 29ft.  Perfect size for a family of 4-6 who want to experience the joys of camping with some comforts of home.  This camper has 2 full-sized bunk beds, a dinette that can sleep 1-2 people and a queen bed with privacy doors.  The camper comes with a tv inside along with a mount for a tv outside, radio, awning, one slide out and plenty of storage throughout the camper to bring all of your favorite items on your trip! 

1 boiling pot, 1 frying pan, cookware, forks, spoons, butter knife, cutting knife, sheets, blankets, dish soap, drying towels, drinking hose, sewer hose, water filter

No smoking.  If it is windy tie down the awning to avoid damaging the awning. If you have never used a camper before or are interested in buying one this is the perfect way to try at no risk to your pocketbook!  Experienced campers welcomed!
