Our Sunset travel trailer is 12 years old but in excellent shape and everything works as it should. We really like the ducted air conditioning and furnace. The bathroom is huge with lots of storage and a real useable shower!! The front bedroom is very comfortable with a foam mattress pad on it. With a 20 foot awning to protect you from rain or sun if that bothers you. The slide out is 12 feet and really opens up the floor plan.

We include the cooking utensils, linens, towels, toilet paper, lawn chairs and a portable gas grille

Pets welcome, take it to festivals (we have) but no smoking in the camper.

Lake vermilion is about 30 mins away 27 miles from Sioux Falls, very nice state park, great for boating, fishing, swimming, camping and family fun, Newton Hills is about 30 mins from Sioux Falls, also a very nice state park, that is very quite and has rentals of various different types of peddle bikes, also a lot of trails and hiking, they also have very nice playgrounds, there is also yogi bear jellystone park, is 9 miles away from Sioux Falls very family friendly, with heated pool and a lot of fun activities for kids and family to do.

This multi-room unit also has a washer and dryer to make your stay as easy as possible. Out door there is a patio and 3 season doors to allow for an elevated relaxing environment. Our bunk house RV with slide out is perfect for your family getaway. Our trailer has a queen sized bed with a foam mattress topper for extra comfort. Sliding doors separate the queen bed from the rest of the camper.  Full size bunk beds in the rear and a huge U-shaped dinette slide out that converts to a double bed. A beautiful and spacious kitchen allow for plenty of space for cooking. Bathroom has two entrances with one outdoors that helps minimize indoor traffic. There is also a fireplace that puts out heat along with ambient lighting. Special features include a huge indoor fridge, an electric awning with led lighting, an outdoor fridge and ice maker and a Bluetooth capable stereo with outdoor speakers.

Rv will come fully-stocked with everything needed for camping such as bath towels, crockpot, dish ware pots and pans and some camping chairs.

Trailer has 2 large slide out with bunks in the rear and queen bed up front.  Outside includes a power retractable awning and last but not least the outdoor kitchen.  The kitchen includes a refrigerator, sink and stove, perfect place to hold your cold ones to instead of paying for ice.  Bathroom has a door to the outside which makes it quick and easy to use while you are out enjoying the campfire.  I prefer to set the camper up (near the Yankton area) for you rather than you pull it but either way is possible.  **Kayaks (2), bikes and other items available for an additional rental fee.

The bathroom includes 4 fast-drying microfiber towels, toilet paper, and a shower curtain. 

The queen bed has brand-new bedding and 2 copper pillows. There are extra blankets located under the dinette.

This camper is equipped with everything you need for the perfect getaway no matter where you are! Equipped with full sized bathroom, foldable bunk bed, two pull out sofas, dinette conversion area, queen bed, heater with fireplace, one A.C unit, LED lit awaning, outside mini fridge and mini flat top grill area. We will also have the camper equipped with fresh linens, all pots, pans, silverware and cook ware you need for your getaway! This camper also includes a full sized pantry and closet areas. We will have you ready to go with four propane tanks for easy switch out AND gauge meters so you can tell when your tanks are getting close to being empty! If this doesn’t sound like the best ready to go vacation on the go….I don’t know what does! 

Camper will come equipped with fresh linens for all beds and fold out areas, four propane tanks, two lawn chairs, full sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave. We also have a mini fridge and mini flat top grill located on the outer portion of the camper. Camper does also come equipped with a 32 inch tv in living area.

We DO NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES tolerate smoking in the camper! All we ask is that you be responsible and respectful with our property!
