Hey folks!  You will be impressed with my 2018 Ice Castle RV edition!  Intended to be used in the middle of summer or on a frozen lake in the winter this unit features all of today's modern amenities in an 8x17 ft unit capable of being pulled by a half ton pick-up truck or SUV with a 2 inch ball.  The unit weighs 5,360 lbs and has electric brakes. Requires round 7 pin electrical receiver connection on tow vehicle.  Receiver hitch available on request free of charge.  Amenities include roof top A/C, refrigerator, microwave, three burner gas stove and oven, hot water heater, stand-up shower, flushing toilet, retractable awning, LED lighting and city water hook-ups.  A 2000W or 3600W gas generator is also available for an additional charge ($50 per night).  Two dinettes; one converts to a lower bunk bed while the other converts to a full size bed. Sleeps a total of five adults comfortably.  I am 6'1" and fit nicely in all bunks!  Rear dinette has a bay window which allows for 270 degree seating.  Unit lowers to the ground making it solid as a rock and provides for easy entry/exit with no stairs.  No jacks to mess with either, just a winch on each wheel and one on the tongue.  An electric drill is provided as well making raising and lowering effortless.  It is a very comfortable, well built and reliable unit which will add great memories to your next adventure.  Unit is well maintained, everything works and is very well taken care of.  Fire extinguisher, smoke, carbon monoxide and propane leak detectors are installed and all have fresh batteries.  Unit is equipped with basic cooking utensils so no need to bring your own.  Bring your own pillow and sleeping bag/blankets and you are ready to go.  Depending on my schedule and your intended destination I am willing to deliver and set-up prior to your arrival for an additional mileage cost of $0.62 per loaded mile. Nightly rates for ice fishing trips from December through March are $200.00 / night which include unlimited generator use.  Running water (sink, toilet, shower) is restricted during this time period as well.  Please message me for details.

Be sure Willie Nelson's "On the Road Again" is blaring from the radio as you make your way to the Mitchell Corn Palace, pass all the signs for the world-famous (and ever-kitschy) Wall Drug, wind your way through the otherworldly scenes of Badlands National Park...and then linger as long as you're able in the beautiful Black Hills.  Be sure to check out Mt Rushmore, for sure, but absolutely don't miss Sylvan Lake, Needles Highway and the Wildlife Loop in Custer State Park, Wind Cave, Spearfish Canyon...honestly, the list goes on!  If you like a little extra adventure, consider cycling the 100+ mile Mickelson Trail, or hiking the 100+ Centennial Trail and see the Black Hills in all of their glory!

The bathroom includes 4 fast-drying microfiber towels, toilet paper, and a shower curtain. 

The queen bed has brand-new bedding and 2 copper pillows. There are extra blankets located under the dinette. 

When the weather does not cooperate, we have you covered! Cards, Phase 10, Uno, Monopoly, and puzzles are on board for your enjoyment! Plus don't forget to bring your favorite DVDs!

Hi, Welcome to our camper! We are a veteran family renting out our amazing camper to those who are in need of it! This camper is equipped with everything you need for the perfect getaway no matter where you are! Equipped with full sized bathroom, foldable bunk bed, two pull out sofas, dinette conversion area, queen bed, heater with fireplace, one A.C unit, LED lit awaning, outside mini fridge and mini flat top grill area. We will also have the camper equipped with fresh linens, all pots, pans, silverware and cook ware you need for your getaway! This camper also includes a full sized pantry and closet areas. We will have you ready to go with four propane tanks for easy switch out AND gauge meters so you can tell when your tanks are getting close to being empty! If this doesn’t sound like the best ready to go vacation on the go….I don’t know what does! 

Camper will come equipped with fresh linens for all beds and fold out areas, four propane tanks, two lawn chairs, full sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave. We also have a mini fridge and mini flat top grill located on the outer portion of the camper. Camper does also come equipped with a 32 inch tv in living area.

We DO NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES tolerate smoking in the camper! All we ask is that you be responsible and respectful with our property!

2021 Forest River Wildwood

Welcome to your new home on the road! This 29' travel trailer has all the space you need to make a great weekend outdoors.  The trailer has 2 twin size bunks, a queen size bed, a dinette conversion that sleeps 2, and a fold out sofa for sleeping up to 8.  The bunks have a Pac-n-Play Storage door, converting the lower bunk into a large storage area for traveling with lots of gear.  The kitchen has everything you could want including a Gas/AC Refrigerator, 3 Burner Stove, Oven, 5 cup coffee pot, Microwave, and a large pantry for storing all your snacks and meals.  For spending time outdoors, the trailer has a 24' awning as well as provided patio mat for setting up a large patio area to enjoy the great outdoors. 

The trailer has a 36 gallon fresh water tank or you can use the city water hookup.  Other utilities include cable TV/antenna hookup for your TV, two 30 lb propane gas tanks, and 30 amp electric service.  The trailer is easily towed with a 1/2 ton pickup as long as you have a brake controller and a 7 pin round electrical hookup.  Delivery is available upon request.

Included with the rental is 4 camp chairs, Cornhole board w/bags, hammock, fully stocked kitchen with all cookware, plates, and utensils, coffee pot, fresh linens for the bunks and queen bed.

Camper comes with a 2" Receiver Weight Distribution Hitch.  I also have an adapter for a 2.5" receiver.  I do not have a separate brake controller, but some trucks do come with this included (please check your manual)

Lewis and Clark Recreation Area is about an hour south of Sioux Falls and has some amazing campgrounds as well as recreation options, complete with a large lake, hiking trails, swimming beaches, and more.  Newton Hills State Park has great hiking, biking, and exploring and is less than an hour away from Sioux Falls.  Further west, KOA a Pulmers Gultch is right beneath Mount Rushmore in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota.  The campground has a ton to do and the views are beautiful.
