Great for couples and small families!This is a compact, single axle, bunk house model that can be towed by a variety of todays SUVs and mid-sized Pickup Trucks!This unit is under 5000 lbs and is just under 22 feet from tip to tail. Dry weight as we have it loaded is around 4200 lbs.We provide an adjustable weight distributing hitch that also has an anti-sway feature.
I require a brake controller for this model. If your vehicle does not have a trailer brake controller, you can rent a blue tooth one from me.Our RV comes fully stocked with your everyday kitchen supplies and bedding for 4. Even a Keurig coffee maker and a toaster. We want you to bring as little as possible! We want you to have a great time!Sleeping arrangements include a fixed queen bed up front and 2 cot sized bunk beds in the back.There are two (2) refrigerators on board. The inside unit is a dual fuel unit and will run off propane as you drive. The outdoor mini-fridge only works off of shore power.
The outdoor Coleman grill runs on a 1 LB propane bottle which is included.This camper has an indoor tub shower and an outdoor shower wand. Note: The indoor shower has a low clearance and is awkward to use for anyone over 5'-10".The holding takes are large for this class! 50 gallon fresh water tank and 60 combined gallons of waste water!This camper has the off-grid package. This includes a roof mounted solar panel that is always charging the battery during the day. Dual 20# propane tanks are also part of that package! This camper can handle those mini boondocking adventures. Note: There is no big inverter. The A/C unit, nor the microwave will work without a generator or shore power. After being renters for the last several years, we decided to join in on the fun and purchase our own trailer this year. I am a Mechanical Engineer and my wife is in Project Management and we have three kids, 1-8 years old. We purchased a trailer because we love experiencing all of the amazing parks that Ohio has to offer. Our favorites so far have been East Harbor in Marblehead and Punderson. We also love Laurel Lake in PA! Our favorite part of camping is nightly bonfires, hiking, finding a great lake for swimming and unwinding after a long week. We can't wait to continue to explore and hear about your adventures as well. Our main goal is to provide a clean, cozy and stocked rental so that you are able to pack your bags, pick up essentials (S'More makings and your favorite bottle of wine!) and head out for a good time.
