Discover Gadsden RV rentals for memorable road trips

The charming town of Gadsden lies in eastern Alabama, with a picturesque setting on the banks of the Coosa River. Today the town is best known for its parks, lakes and bustling downtown area, but in the 19th century it was an important shipping center and hub for rubber, steel and tire companies, remnants of which can still be seen today.

The Great Outdoors

Noccalula Falls Parks is one of the town's biggest attractions, and brings visitors in year after year so that they may acquire an RV rental from Gadsden. The park covers 250 acres, but the central attraction is the waterfall, which tumbles down the rocks for 90 feet into the Black Creek, and is quite a sight to behold. The park is perfect for those that want a sense of the great outdoors but are not up for a longer hike, as the trail is just 1.7 miles, and will take you past some beautiful scenery and botanical gardens. As well as the falls, the park also has a mini-golf course, petting zoo and historic Pioneer village, so there is something for all the family.

RV Parks

Due to the huge number of natural wonders around town, coupled with the number of luxury RV rentals from Gadsden available, it is hardly surprising that there are numerous RV resorts in the area to choose from.

Exploring the Town

For those that are interested in the arts, then a visit to the Gadsden Museum of Art is something to consider. Located downtown, the museum first opened its doors back in 1965, and was used to showcase the work of local artists in the area. Three galleries cover three floors, and often solo artists will have the opportunity to run their own show. There are also Historical photographs and artifacts on display, and interactive activities to keep the children entertained. The Mary G. Hardin Center for cultural arts is another art enthusiast hot spot which hosts a range of traveling art exhibitions.
