Great experience enjoyed the RV for what I needed it for

The trailer worked, but we had some issues. The battery went dead in 6 hours with only the hot water heater running on lp. The igniter wouldn’t lite the lp for the fridge so we had to run the gen set every 6 to 8 hours. It only has 1 battery and a trailer that size needs 3. We were sent off with a tire that didn’t look good and we had a blowout. We put the spare on and it was smaller then the others so we had to buy a new tire. The black water shows full all the time Evan when it’s empty. The jacks were bent up when we picked it up. The door to the master bedroom wouldn’t close because it kept coming off the track. The outdoor kitchen fridge kept blowing the gfi so we finally emptied it out into an additional ice chest I had to buy because of this issue. The back A/C won’t run. You can’t run the front A/C, and the fridge at the same time.
Again, we made it work but I was disappointed. I was going to go over these issues with the owner when I dropped it off, but he never responded to my message or call, so I’ll post here.
Blessings

Travis Is a good guy. Easy to communicate with. However I do think he needs to give this trailer an over haul. Tons of things with the unit went wrong during our week trip with it. First off I had to go get cleaning supplies and clean it because it was not clean at all. We couldn’t use the water because pump was messed up, couldn’t use the potty because previous renter didn’t dump and it was full when we parked at hookup with only electric and water, couldn’t cook much because we had no water to do dishes. Had to change a tire (it was an ordeal). It does not have any extras such as linens, towels, utensils, knifes.... like you need to be prepared to bring it ALL. I would Not recommend renting this trailer until it has been looked through, repaired and stocked up. I feel like being in the price range that it is it should come with more.
