2018 Jayco Alante 31R offers plenty of sleeping room for everyone. Above the captains chairs, the loft drops down for a queen sized bed, jack knife sleeper sofa, dinette booth lays flat to make a small bed, Bunk beds in the hallway with their own TV's, and queen mast suite. Spacious bathroom in the center of the RV. Full kitchen stocked with all your cooking needs. Plenty of outside storage for all your gear. Powered by a Ford Gas V-10 engine and gas onboard generator. This RV has 2 AC units to keep you cool on a 50 amp service.What's included??
Kitchen will be stocked with utensils, pots/pans, plates, cups, bowls, mixing bowls, knifes, measuring cups, cup towels, and cutting boards, 2 trash bags, dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and bath towels.This a NON Smoking rental. If smoked in, you will loose the entire $1500 deposit and will not be refunded.
This is a Non-Pet friendly RV. No pets allowed please.Towing:
Towing a small trailer or vehicle is allowed, please notify me what will be towed.Pick UP Time: is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise approved for early pick up.
Return Time: Is at 4:00 PM Additional late fees will apply unless approved prior.
Pick up and drop off times can me flexible with prior approval. NO day before your reservation pick up will be allowed.Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge If you wish to have us refill the propane for you.
