3.0We rented a Odin 2014 from the Fireside RV team and unfortunately the experience wasn't great. Below is how I would characterize. Definitely a learning experience on future RV rentals. Team communicated that they would fix the issues for future renters, but definitely items to test below. Positives: - Team had great pre-trip communication. The were prompt and coordinated well. - Pickup walkthrough was detailed, time spent going through the RV, how different items worked and a good physical inspection of the RV. - Dropoff communication was good, walked the team through the issues I found and discussed the items I had sent during the trip and the pictures. Negatives - During Trip communication was almost non-existent. Reported several issues and received a single reply after a couple days that they were looking into a fix. Never heard back. - Toilet leaks when on city fixtures. Maybe a water pressure issue... - Water system. First time RV renter, so when I was shown the water system, and the single garden hose in the unit, I didn't know that the water hookups for an RV site are much more complicated. First, the hose threading didn't work on the RV, and when I inspected other sites and watched a tutorial, learned that you need a pressure valve, brass 90 degree turn, clean water appropriate hose, filter is a good idea as well. Had to buy all that at Walmart. -Sewage hosing. Provided 6 feet of sewage hose, compartment that was labeled sewage hosing was empty. -Brake lights and turn signals. Only really worked when brakes are fully depressed, didn't turn on when normal braking and using turn signal. Very dangerous.

5.0I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Fireside RV Rentals! We reserved an RV with another company and the day before we were to pick it up, they canceled! So, at the last minute, Fireside really came through for us! I'm new to RVing and Mari (Marissa) made the whole process easy and comfortable. Her knowledge is impressive and her demeanor is calm and sweet. She made sure that I understood everything and that I felt confident when drove it away. She made the pick up and drop off processes smooth and easy and she's so generous with her extra information. I will definitely be renting from Fireside again and I highly recommend them to everyone!! Thank you for helping make our family trip full of laughter and wonderful memories!

5.0Had an amazing experience. They were very helpful with teaching us how to operate the RV and were also very helpful and accommodating with drop off.
