3.0We rented a RV from Fireside RV rental thru Outdoorsy. The pictures showed a RV in excellent condition. We paid good money to have a very nice RV for our once in a lifetime 3 week adventure thru 5 national parks. When RV was delivered, the 1st signal about the condition of the unit was the outside which was dirty and unwashed. Our disappointment continued on the inside where the condition of the couch was terribly misrepresented. Couch was in really bad shape - see picture. Kitchen table edge was delaminated (granddaughter cut her arm on it). Our 1st night was very upsetting as we pulled back the bed sheets to find them covered with mold (see pictures). Had to stop our trip and buy new sheets - the 1st night. The disappointment continued with the dresser drawers with had some kind of film coating the bottom of the drawers. Had to clean all the drawers. The microwave/convection oven had a metal sheet that literally stuck to my wife’s hands when we went to remove it to use the microwave. Had to clean the microwave before using it. Along the way, it started raining and it was very difficult to see because the windshield wipers were so worn out. Had to buy new wipers and install them. The sewer drain hoses sprung leaks because the were dry rotted. Had to buy new ones at RV store. Cost of sheets, windshield wipers, and drain hoses were reimbursed by the Fireside Rentals. During the 3 week trip when it rained, the bedroom wall had major water leak and also water leaked in the kitchen from underneath the refrigerator area. The hot water heater quit working at least twice (but with help from Roadside Assistance we were able to reset). Because of this, we quit taking “cold” showers in the RV and instead used the showers at the campgrounds. FYI, TVs are not “smart” TVs so could stream anything when report night. The final night, the jacks would not deploy so we had to use the RV without the slides extended. This made it really challenging to get clothes out of the bedroom drawers. Packing up the last night was extremely frustrating.

5.0Marissa was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, & accommodating. She was easy to work with and to get in touch with. Would strongly recommend working with her - for both RV amateurs and experts alike. 10/10 stars.
