November 20201

My wife and I just returned an RV from Mark and it was quite the experience. We picked up on Friday morning and as we arrived, AAA was there checking or replacing the battery. When it was time to leave, Mark briefly went over the basics. I asked Mark about the Awning and he said, "Oh the magnet is missing, It must have been the last renters". I didn't make a big deal as we were excited to enjoy our first RV experience. 30 minutes into our trip, my 8 year old goes into the bathroom to pee. The bathroom immediately stunk up as soon as he flushed the toilet, we figured maybe it's because we were moving. So we get to Glamis and enjoy the rest of the day. Later that night, I attempt to use the bathroom and the toilet isn't flushing, I'm thinking it's stuck. So I called my brother in law who was camped next to us to help me figure it out. He heads to the control panel (which I had no idea was there) and he shows me how the waste tank is full and we have no water. I couldn't believe it as we have yet to shower or use water for anything aside from my son using it to pee earlier. We called the owner and he was clueless and was not helpful. At this point, I understand why AAA was there and why he did not review any important information like checking the water and waste tank. Luckily, someone mentioned there's a way to dump the waste and fill the water which cost me $145.
