Jerry Sandefer is an excellent RV owner and is outstanding as a communicator from start to finish. The Sandefer’s Puma bunkhouse is an outstanding unit and I will be renting it again.

Jerry and his wife went out of their way to help us locate a campground in the delivery area, down to which site would be great for what we wanted out of our trip. They responded quickly and were super sweet and helpful and the rv was spotless and everything was in good working order it looked brand new. We had an amazing trip and as first time campers they walked us through everything. Absolutely phenomenal experience all around.
