We are a young couple living in the Roaring Fork Valley, & fully subscribe to the ‘work hard, play harder’ lifestyle. We love nothing more than discovering the country on climbing road-trips to locales like Red Rocks, Joshua Tree & Bishop. Our introduction to ‘Van Life’ came after we grew tired of the hassle of car camping. Our first van was a Chevy Explorer conversion, & it allowed us to keep all our gear in one place, hit the road on a Friday with nothing more than our weekend clothes & climbing or biking gear, & get as much time being weekend warriors as possible. We soon pined for the standing room & kitchen associated with a taller van, & set our sights on a Sprinter Van. We then bought ‘Tootsie’ the Dodge Sprinter Van; a 2006 Sportsmobile conversion. After doing a lot of work to the interior, the van suited our style perfectly. We sold her in May of 2018 to a very happy family. Our second sprinter, 'Blue', is a 144" 2016 4x4 Mercedes Sprinter, and she was our first from scratch build-out. There’s nothing like pulling into camp, cracking a beer & taking in the view. Home really is where you park it & we look forward to sharing it with you.
Finding a Colorado camper van for that is capable of sleeping a family of four can be tricky. Especially one that sleeps a family of four and still has room for all of your adventure gear. That’s why our family built this van to meet the needs of yours.
Please return the van clean inside. If we spend over an 1 hour on cleaning, you will be charged $200.
We love dogs, but if we need to spend time on fur removal, we will charge an additional $300 cleaning fee.
We have two boards for rent for $20 each a day (and are happy to figure out a deal for longer term rentals)

Kimbo and Jason took great care of us, from fancy hot cocoa for our daughter, to a six pack of local beer for my wife and I. The Grey Wolf fit our needs perfectly, 9 days of camping in multiple states and sites! The van is supplied with everything needed including little details like camping chairs and a bluetooth speaker for outdoor music! I would highly recommend taking a trip in this van!

I should start by saying that we don’t camp. Don’t know how to camp. Don’t even really like camping. We LOVED this trip in Grey Wolf. I don’t think we can camp any other way now. It gave us the freedom to be in a new place every night. It drove really well and fast. I felt safe. If you are thinking of doing a camp trip in this van I highly recommend. I’ve never felt closer to my little family.

Kimbo & Jason are awesome & this is an amazing Van. The bed is small for two adults. Lots of storage!

We had an awesome experience with the Grey Wolf and Kimbo & Jason. After much searching, the Grey Wolf is the first van-sized camper we found to rent that can safely accommodate two kids in car seats and comfortably sleep a family of four without requiring a ton of converting seats and other elements to get everything to fit. The Cabbunk system for the kids is amazing and made for a comfy few nights for our boys (and meant we got to enjoy the big bed free of little knees and elbows). The Grey Wolf is thoughtfully designed and lovingly built. You can see the pride Jason puts in his builds in every element of the van’s construction. It drives like a dream (watch those tight right turns) and didn’t feel at all underpowered heading over five mountain passes during our trip. The van is also stocked with everything you’ll need for a great trip, and as plenty of space to store any gear you want to bring along. We highly recommend this van for exploring the Western Slope!

The van is very well designed, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a weekend getaway and the owners did a great job of handing it off and giving us useful information. We had a great weekend!
