Nearly new and well maintained pop-up camper! Very convenient for camping trips to state parks or other similar areas. Easily towable with a mid-size SUV or truck.What's includedWe have silverware and basic kitchen utensils in the unit. Air conditioning runs off electric and heat from the propane tanks that are included. Single cup Keruig and propane grill included as well.RecommendationsWe use the camper for a family of 4 (kids are 13 and 11) and it works very well with very little work needed to enjoy some rest and relaxation!Other things to noteNo smoking or pets are allowed. For Covid reasons, please bring your own sheets and blankets.

Nick and his camper was great. As I get older I appreciate using small campers to compliment my style of tent camping. I usually find it easier having it delivered and set up by the owner allowing me time to enjoy camping without instructions. This trip is special as I usually enjoy tent camping here but now I can look forward to camping using the trailer provided by Nick. I usually camp in a non electric site and know those sites fairly well. I wasn't truly happy with the site I picked for Nick's camper with electricity. Perhaps I can find a new electric site within the park or maybe Nick's small camper may still be perfect for the non electric sites I like. It still provides shelter, heat and grill and after experience of lugging around a generator something I would rather not do in the future. I think I could still enjoy Nick's small camper in most situations.
