2020 Forest River XLR Nitro Toy Hauler

We are excited to share our home away from home with you! This fifth wheel is also a toy hauler! May not seem like much at first but this allows the back ramp to fold down into an outdoor Patio right from the camper which includes an awning for shade and a bug screen to keep the outdoors out. Dining/sitting area in back of camper to over look the patio which also folds down to a queen bed. Above this area is another queen loft that drops down to turn the rear into a bunkhouse.Inside the living room there is a couch with three reclining sections. The outer sections also have massage and heat features with lighted cupholders for you to relax and enjoy a DVD on the TV. Inside the kitchen is a large sink, propane stove and microwave/convection oven, quite a bit of counter space and a 12 cu ft refrigerator for all your food storage needs.The bathroom offers a large shower and vanity with counter space as well.The "master" has been upgraded to a memory foam queen bed.There are two AC units for hot days and heat throughout for those chilly ones. 100 gallon fresh water tank and 10 gal water heater with two large propane tanks.Additional option for kayak rental is available.We are pet friendly rental with pet fee in place for extra cleaning.This is a Delivery OnlyWhat's includedSheet sets for all beds

We had an amazing time. The camper was set up for us and had everything we needed. We were able to enjoy our time at the lake and then come home to a comfortable camper for a wonderful night’s sleep.

Easiest rental ever! The RV was gorgeous. It was well decorated… they have thought of everything! The extra sweet touches were so nice. They’re son made the best fire starters. They literally took care of everything from start to finish. You just show up and enjoy! They are so responsive and literally will answer questions about anything!! I mean I needed to know where to get a cake… pretty random and we got the best cake! We went with a group of friends and they all wished they had rented with this family! I would highly recommend! Most gorgeous RV! The pictures are exactly what you get maybe even more beautiful in person!

The owners were great from the start! Very quick response to all questions, the RV was on campsite upon arrival so no waiting, and went over all the ins and outs with us. Very nice, clean RV! We are a family of 4 and it was very spacious for us. Will definitely book again for next years vacation!
