Consistent with reviews we read prior to travel, they were extremely responsive to any questions on our journey. The rig was as good if not better than described. It was perfect size for two people and our dachshund. We traveled for two weeks, 5000 miles, east coast to the Rockies, Austin Texas then across the Southeast back home. Coldest night outside was right around freezing to the warmest afternoon 90°. Rig was perfect for climate control. Bed was very comfortable. Hot water on demand came very quickly. Beware that the bathroom is quite small but very usable.

No issues at all, pickup/dropoff was very smooth. They were easily reachable during the entire time for the few questions we had. The van itself was in good condition and everything worked as expected!

Every aspect of the transaction with Kathy & Tara was fantastic and they both are superb communicators. The camper was super - suited our needs to a "T". When we purchased 2 pints of ice cream at one of the Harvest Hosts farms' we stayed at, there was even plenty of room in the freezer. I highly recommend renting Simplicity #2 and I commend the owners for their diligence and commitment to extraordinary customer service.

We loved the simplicity! It was a learning experience overall. Kathy and Tom were very attentive and answered all of our questions. The simplicity is a great size, easy to drive and good on gas. I am glad this was our first RV rental .

Kathy and her family were incredibly accomodating and wonderful communicators. Their RV was clean and in great shape. We felt very comfortable renting with them and would gladly do it again!
