"Chico" is the perfect trailer for those seeking a cozy, convenient, lightweight, and easy-to-tow camper! Our Casita has been beautifully decorated and equipped with all the essentials. It offers various sleeping arrangement options to accommodate your needs and those of your camping companion(s): double bed from rear dinette, two small single beds, or king-sized bed by converting both dinettes. 2 adults sleep comfortably (plus 1-2 children). Pack light and enjoy a unique experience in our little camper!Amenities:
- Bathroom with shower & toilet
- Mini-fridge with small freezer
- Air conditioner/heating
- 120v and USB outlets
- Small TV with Hdmi connection
- 3 large, screened windows (with blinds) for ample natural light and viewsThe water heater, mini-fridge and stove work on propane/battery. The air conditioner/heating system only works when hooked up to shore power.Towing & Road Requirements:
- Vehicle with a towing capacity of at least 5,000 lbs, good brakes & tires
- 7-pin connector (4-pin to 7-pin adapter won't work with trailer brakes)
- Class 3 Hitch with 2" ball that is 16" off the ground (coupler height = 16")
- Brake controller
- Max speed while towing is 65mph (common safety for trailers)
- Do not tow the trailer down rough unmaintained, 4WD roads
