You will enjoy a spacious living and entertaining space with the full living/dining slide out! The extra long sofa seats. Other appointments include; extra counter space, superior appliances, fireplace, spacious shower, King Master Suite, washer/dryer, solar and blackout shades, an outdoor tv and a 19’ awning for relaxing outdoors. Driving will also be a joy while on your way to your latest adventure. With the latest Ford 7.3 V8 Godzilla Chassis, you will find comfort and ease in maneuvering and handling. No more white knuckle driving that leads to stress throughout your vacation.
When you arrive at your vacation destination you and your friends or family will have plenty of space to relax. The bedroom has its own slide making it very roomy with great storage and its own T.V. The drop down bunk over the driver area features a full sized bed and a ladder for access to it. The dinette also converts to a large sleeping area. The chef will enjoy the large 3 burner range, full size convection microwave oven and the oversized double door refrigerator. Outside is a propane hook up for grilling, 4 camp chairs to relax in while watching TV outside.What's includedBasic neccessities are already included for you along with sheets, towels, pillows, plates, cups, pots, pans, and more. We can help set this up to make it super easy for you to just show up and enjoy the outdoors! •

Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed in our RV. If smoking is detected, $750 of your deposit will be retained for professional cleaning.
-Pets are not allowed but an additional daily fee. If is any pet on the rig $250 cleaning fee to be retained from the deposit.
-Renters are responsible for any tolls, tickets, and tows (but let's avoid getting her towed!) even if the bill/invoice arrives after the security deposit has been released.
-In the event you need roadside assistance, please let us know by text just so we are aware and so we know your group is safe.
-Please bring her back clean. This includes garbage removed, sand/dirt/hair swept out, dishes washed and tanks emptied. We'll take care of the tanks should you pay for the Dumping add-on for your trip. Should she not return clean, we will unfortunately have to retain $250 from your deposit.
-The tank will be full before your trip so please return it that way to avoid a $300 refueling fee.
-MOST IMPORTANTLY: Have fun! Enjoy our coach as mush as our family does! Take tons of pictures and tag us when you share them on social media. We hope you have an amazing experience!
