Ramona was fantastic to work with. New to the trailer experience she was patient and walked through everything the unit offered and tips in case plan A didn’t work out. Had a slight issue with the hitch mechanics but because Ramona took the extra time to show what to do in that event it was a none issue.
This unit is compact but met our needs (2 adults, a 4 year old and a dog) - we surprised ourselves that it was the perfect little unit to pull behind our SUV.

The unit was great! An ease to tow and perfect for our week-long camping trip in BC. Modern and clean with all the little extras included. Ramona was great to deal with, always helpful and patient. We'd rent again :-)
