Cindy and Michele were absolutely wonderful hosts! Attentive, easy to communicate with, and quick responses. They truly thought of everything when it came to the attention to details. Clear instructions and thorough walk through when we met them and back up binders, check lists, and QR codes for reminders on the road! Fresh towels, linens, cups, bowls, plates, air fryer, coffee machine, etc. they have the bases plus some covered! We had an unbelievable trip and would hands down rent Big Betsy again!! Thank you!

I almost don’t want to leave a review because then this RV will be booked up solid! Anyway, when we arrived to pick it up, Daniel, one of the hosts was ready with the RV. It looked like it just came off the dealership lot. Perfectly clean. Then Daniel demonstrated everything. The slide-out, the awning, the connections, the power, the water pump, the stove, everything. I asked about the oil and he showed me that too.
This RV handles beautifully, it’s a Mercedes so the quality is there, plus it’s a diesel so it gets pretty good gas mileage. It’s so comfortable, it’s the right size for 2 adults and two children, and it rides smooooooth, not to mention several on-board cameras that keep you safe. Also, both Daniel and Illia texted us during the trip to ask how it was going and Daniel helped me with a couple of things I had forgotten about the switches, etc.
It was a fantastic trip and I highly recommend this RV and the nice people who rent it out.

This was our very first RV camping trip, and it couldn't have been a better experience! Our family of six traveled from Los Angeles to Bishop for a 4-day, 3-night adventure, and we absolutely loved it.
