Ray was super friendly and responsive throughout the entire experience. He took plenty of time to walk us through the van and gave detailed instructions on how to operate all of the vehicle systems, which made us feel very comfortable before heading out.

Sergio, was accommodating with the pick up time, appreciated him allowing us to pick earlier. He was very thorough on providing how everything worked inside and outside. The only thing I would suggest is to have screens on all windows, we were limited to what windows we could open, other than that it was a great time. Thank you Sergio!
