The third time is a charm, my first two rentals were lemons from Outdoorsy. I decided to give it one last time and the third time was a charm with Ismael and Mary, You can't ask for 2 nicer people! They were kind enough to deliver and set up their trailer at a primitive campsite near Red Mountain California. The trailer was awesome for our complete family. Everything was immaculately cleaned unlike a previous outdoorsy rental which was atrocious. Everything worked as advertised and worked extremely well. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for us from extra water to taking our trash and driving the trailer into our location. If I need a trailer for my kids and grand kids again they will be my go to source for the future.

Austin is a great host! The van was clean and just as advertised. Was clean and Austin took the time to walk us through the van and all its options. When renting ask for the extra mattress topper because it’s very very comfortable. Everything worked as expected and didn’t fail us at all. We drove from Seal
beach to Carmel California and was easy to handle. I highly recommended Austin’s Van.
