We love taking Jennie camping because she is very easy to set up. The Murphy bed is great because we can get up, eat breakfast and fold the bed out of the way in 2 minutes leaving a great comfortable couch to lounge on.This lightweight 2015 Jayco Jayflight M-23 MB Travel Trailer is a great home away from home, and we call her "Jennie". Weighing in at 4200 lbs dry with a Gvwr of 6500 lbs, chances are you can tow this super-lite with your ½ ton trucks and many SUVs. Everything needed to tow it is included: A weight distribution hitch, that includes ball, and sway bars. She also comes stocked with our Amenities Package - everything you need for the kitchen, and bath, including coffee maker and toaster! The Murphy bed and bunks are ready for your bedding. The couch will make a quick bed if you do not need to put down the murphy bed for a quick nap. The dinette makes into a bed that will sleep 2 or 3 kids. This RV sleeps up to 8 happy campers! The bath includes a sink, tub and a shower. The kitchen comes equipped with a 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. WE added a folding counter extension to give more room for coffee pot, toaster, etc... There is also an LCD Flat Screen TV, DVD, AM/FM/CD with MP3/iPod input system with indoor and outdoor speakers. The unit is also wired for cable and has an HD antenna. Whether you're camping, attending a festival, Nascar or taking your family cross country, you will love spending time in this travel trailer. She is a great long distance traveler as well as good for a weekend trip.We have a $200 additional cleaning fee if she comes back excessively dirty. IE sand, mud inside or outside, grease, food, etc... , an additional $50 fee for dumping if she hasn’t been dumped and then the propane exchange is $30 a tank if you use it. We do not allow pets.

Our family had a great time in the RV. It was clean and very well maintained. We put 800 miles and 3 nights in it. They included everything we needed to set up camp easily and enjoy our trip. All we had to bring were blankets and food.

Jenny is a very practical camper. We comfortably slept 8 people, and the AC was even cold at night in Texas in June. This was our first ever RVing camping trip and we wanted to learn all about it. We made a few booking mistakes that ended up costing us more than we originally anticipated, but everything was within the agreement. Robert was helpful and accommodating.
I would rent from Robert again, yes. But the RV Jenny is, unfortunately, near the towing capacity limit of my "big" V8 SUV. Make sure you know your gear ratio to ensure you can pull Jenny even with full waste tanks.
Again, this was a learning trip for us, so we'll have an even better experience next time.

Overall great experience. Be advised you are not permitted to use the awning. The trailer was nice and it's easy to use. Great person to do business with. Would rent from them again.

Our first RV experience was really good due to Leon's instructions, friendliness, and good nature. Jenny was in good order and clean. Easy to trailer. The staff at Mystic Quarry RV park at Canyon Lake also made this a great first try. Will definitely do this again.
