This clean and very well kept (29' interior space 33' hitch to bumper) travel trailer sleeps up to 7 adults comfortably (9 if children double up on the couch and dinette). Equipped with a queen bed master quarters, 3 bunk beds in the back, U shaped dinette sleeper and a fold down couch. Full kitchen including a sink, cooktop, stove, fridge/freezer, 6 gallon hot water heater, and a microwave. It includes an outdoor kitchen with a sink and sprayer, cooktop, and AC refrigerator. The full bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and a shower/small tub combo. The camper has a lot of internal and external storage. It is equipped with an AC air conditioner and propane heater. A small tv is located in the main living area, connected to a radio and dvd player. The camper also has external speakers. The camper is easily towed by any full sized truck or SUV.What's includedSingle brew Keurig style coffee maker. Bring your favorite K-Cups

A little further South we have Garden of the Gods, Great Sand Dunes National Park and the Royal Gorge. Rocky Mountain National Park, Chatfield State Park and River Run RV resort are also not far. We are a short distance to all that Colorado has to offer. Many mountain communities are well within a days drive from our location.Other things to note-For the enjoyment of all guests we are a 100% no smoking of any kind.
-Trailer requires a 7 prong trailer brake hookup. Please ensure that your towing vehicle has this already installed.
-No Pets unless discussed and approved by owners
-Remember to check for any fire bans in the location that you are camping. The portable gas fire pit is always an option if a wood burning ban is in place.
-If you are dry camping and do not dump your waste a mandatory $140 dump charge will be added. If you choose to dump yourself you must dump the black tank first, then the gray tank. A see through dump elbow is provided so you can ensure that the tank is empty. Always dump the grey tank AFTER closing the black tank valve.
