13 ft. long

Our mission at is to build up the family, by providing resources (and a rig) to enjoy the outdoors together, cherishing precious memories as a family while enjoying God's beautiful creation. Whether you've got half a dozen kiddos or no kiddos; whether you're weekend warriors or retired empty nesters, will help you plan the perfect getaway for your next adventure.
The camper is 1,970 lbs prior to adding any gear or water. If you plan to tow with a smaller car or SUV please double check the your vehicle manufacturer’s recommended towing capacity to be certain it is safe to tow with your vehicle. The camper is 13 feet long and 7 ft wide, and very easy to tow on the road and park in campgrounds.
What's includedOur camper is set up to allow you to simply add your pillows/blankets, folding chairs, and food, and hit the road. In addition to the many standard features, we have included some additional items to keep you comfortable and to provide a useful kitchen along with the rental.
Standard features of the camper: 1) Truma refrigerator/cooler that runs on either 12v or 120v (off battery or off an electrical outlet). Once cooled, the battery will keep it cool for at least 48 hours without plugging into power, in our experience. 2) Slide out kitchen has a 2-burner stove hooked to a 20lb propane tank (which is filled for each rental), 3) sink & basin with a 30 gallon on-board water tank (which runs of battery) or the rig can be hooked to a hose at a campground water filtration system, 4) 270 degree Batwing shade/rain awning, 4) air conditioning and heater, 6) dual folding end tables & cup holder 7) 100 amp hour battery (charged for each rental), 8) USB charging ports, 9) interior queen size bed (with mattress cover washed between rentals) which also turn into two movable chairs, 10) roof-top tent with a king-sized bed/mattress (for sleeping 2 adults or 3 children, 600lb max), 11) kitchen-portion of camper exterior has a plug in hose that can be used as part of the sink or for an outdoor shower (although water is not heated) 12) included is a 25ft 30-amp electrical cord, a 15-30amp electrical adapter, and a 20’ potable water line hose (all for hooking up rig to campground or home power/water).
Additional equipment included: 1) Kitchenware - Multiple pots and pans for use on propane stove, 4 plates 4 cups, silverware set for 4, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, dish soap, basic spices and olive oil, and basic camp cooking utensils, (2) Extra lighting – we have included several rechargeable amber-colored interior lights and a rechargeable exterior light string to make camping more enjoyable and festive, (3) small outdoor mats for both doors to keep your feet clean when removing shoes upon entering camper, 4) a mattress cover/protector that is washed between rentals.

Other things to noteThe camper is equipped to receive a standard 2” ball, and to be level, the top of the ball should be ~19-20 inches off the ground. For cars and most lower SUV’s a 3” rise hitch is required (i.e, a 3” drop flipped over with ball mounted on top), and for trucks typically a 3” drop works well. The ball receiver is not included in your rental, but you may rent one from us at an additional fee (and we have both 3” drop and rise versions). Please let us know in advance if you need to rent one, or if you have questions about your existing ball working.Items NOT included but SUGGESTED to bring:
-Blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, sheets, towels, etc. (no linens included).
-Portable grill or extra stove and propane for these
-Camp Table and chairsAlso, we recommend that, if possible, you plug the camper in to electrical power at home prior to leaving for your trip to pre-cool the large cooler, and also pre-pack any already chilled food in it, which will make cooler last much longer on battery power (which can keep cooler cool as you drive to your destination).Below are some videos of the 10.5 and related 10.6 (same except with drop down back door) to help orient you further on how it all looks and how various systems work.10.5 Dealer Review (shows unit with TV although the rental unit does not have one).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CFyrvND1pH010.6 Detailed instructional video – slightly different model – rental unit is 10.5 which does not have rear ramp door. Otherwise all other features are mostly same (except for a different brand roof tent) and this is a very detailed video that shows all major and minor features.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s1IprFapEfoRules:Above all, we ask you to treat our rig as if it were your own, with the same care and caution so others can enjoy it the same. Some rules we ask you to abide by are:-Medium-small size dogs allowed, but no cats allowed (they do a number on the screens).
-No smoking in camper
-Please use discretion when eating/drinking inside to avoid spills that may stain walls/fabric cushions.
-Please remove shoes before entering camper or roof top tent (and roof-top tent has shoe bags for this that hang outside the door of the tent).
-No Off-roading – while the aggressive tires do seem to invite rugged travel, the rig is not configured for rough off road travel (and will shake itself apart and create damage). Please keep camper only on routes designed for RV travel (e.g., reasonable campground dirt roads to campsites, etc.).
-Use all 4 wheel chocks at all times prior to disconnecting from tow vehicle to avoid accidental runaway rig incidents.
-Avoid excess stress/strain/weight on the roof – the roof and tent are rated for a maximum of 600 lbs, but can be easily damaged by jumping children or an adult stepping directly on the roof.
-The batwing awning is designed to be anchored with stakes and guy-ropes, as well as end tension line. It there is any wind, anchors and stakes are required and the awning will otherwise break if not properly anchored. If this happens we must pass those repair fees onto the renter, so please anchor the awning if any wind present, and be sure to fold up the batwing awning properly when finished (see videos if questions).
