5.0They were great hosts, this is our second time renting from them. Knocking off one star for mechanical only because both times we rented, the heater stopped working in the middle of the night on night two.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
In your listing, you say the pop-up has a 7-pin connector. What if I have a 4-pin connector?
A.
That's cool. We have a 4-pin adapter if your vehicle only has a 4-pin hitch.
Q.
What does setup of the pop-up look like?
A.
Check out these YouTube videos to see how the setup of the pop-up works: Setup video, part 1: https://youtu.be/kvE5Ei5zAow Setup video, part 2: https://youtu.be/sZRDkndZiV4 Setup video, part 3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JEF7uDlk6LY
Q.
What kind of hitch ball size do I need?
A.
You need a 2" ball hitch. If you don't have one, you can get one installed at a UHaul. Please have the hitch installed before you come pick up the pop-up because then you can take the pop-up with you.
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick-up is at 3pm. We can go as late as 5pm upon request. Drop-off is between 11am-1pm upon request. If you need a later return time (past 1pm on the last day of your reservation and up to 6pm), that can be added to your reservation for an additional fee. Look under Add Ons to add it. We can't go any earlier or later than those slots due to cleaning restrictions between bookings. Just message me to work out the times you need.
