**Pet and Kid Friendly ** 2019 Keystone Bullet 287QBS

2019 bumper pull travel trailer with quad bunks (because, let's be honest...no one wants to share). Weighs 7600 gross and 735 lbs tongue weight. Furry family members are welcome too! (Due to a terrible rental experience, we will not be able to rent this out for dog shows but family dogs are welcome). The three bunks are located in the back of the trailer. A smaller 2 person dinette under one bunk converts into a fourth bunk. Perfect sizes for kids and teens. A short queen bedroom (with doors) is located in the front of the trailer. A comfy couch converts to a bed for 2 ( or a doggy lounge area), and the dinette converts to a bed that offers even more sleeping space! Don't forget about the outdoor kitchen with 2 burners and a mini fridge, an outdoor grill and electric retractable awning, TV, Stereo with Bluetooth and outdoor shower. We have this stocked with the cookware (coffee maker included), drinkware and eating utensils, bedding and linens you'll need for a great weekend away. This is the perfect size travel trailer for an outing with family or friends! Please ensure you have the capability to tow this travel trailer. A braking system is needed and the 7/9 pin connector. The weight distribution hitch is available for rent as well. Delivery may be an option but will incur a delivery charge per mile roundtrip and a one time delivery fee. The fridge can run on propane or electric and the tanks will need to be refilled after use. We do need about an hour to go over the trailer with you and ensure you understand how to use everything. We can meet with you the night before or the day of to review things; we're flexible. Dimensions: 33'10'' L, 8'W, 10'8" H Weight: 7600 lbs GVWR Extra fees: -Pets are more than welcome but due to the extra cleaning it requires there will be a $50 cleaning charge. (please let me know if you'll have pets when you submit a booking request) -We have a sway bar for rent and highly encourage using it if you're towing for more than a few miles. This area is windy, and it comes it handy. -Dump fee: $15 if the tanks (grey and black) aren't dumped before return. Amenities Included in Rental (not an all inclusive list): Bunkroom: -4 twin sizes bedding sets with light fleece blankets for bunks (w/ pillows) -LED lamp (night light) Bathroom: -4 bath towels -RV toilet paper -floor bath mat -hand towel -hand soap -hand sanitizer Queen Bedroom: -Short Queen bedding set with fleece blanket and 2 pillows Kitchen: -Coffee Maker -2 coffee cups -1 frying pan, one 2 quart pot, 1 egg pan, 1 spaghetti pot -collander -dish drying mat -dish towel -dish soap/sponge -basic spices (salt, pepper, seasoned salt, olive oil) -8 serving utensils -8 bowls/8 plates -8 cups -Foil, ziploc bags, can opener, peeler -tongs and spatula DISCLAIMER: Please understand that this is a travel trailer and you will be camping. That means that the shower is not like your house shower, the A/C will be louder than you're used to, and you will need to convert the mini dinette to turn it into the 4th bunk. f you're using propane the entire trip you may need to swap the lever over to open the valve to the second propane tank. Not doing so will cause the A/C and heat to stop functioning and the fridge to stop cooling. We have no control over the location you chose to camp nor the associated smells, such as a dog show at a local fair ground, but we can point you towards some nice campgrounds in the area. We actually camp in this camper with our family and choose to rent it out when we're not using it. We hope that you'll enjoy your experience and are more than happy to answers all of your questions before AND during your trip :) ** Feel free to inquire about any of our reviews. I'm happy to share what happened**

Ashley was a great host. Very thorough review of the camper, which was in excellent condition. Promptly available at pickup and dropoff times. Would definitely rent from these great folks again.

Had a great time with the RV. The RV worked wonderfully and the owners were very helpful. Definitely recommend this RV for your family. Comes completely fitted and the Owners know their RV and can help you with any questions. They are very nice and handle the renting process and check off as...

Trailer was fine. Outdoorsy on the other hand makes things more difficult than they need to be. I recommend making sure you have good cell service BEFORE your trip so you can maintain good communication during unforeseen events.
