Nice roomy living space that can fit up to 2 small family. Master has a king bed, living room has pull out sofa bed ( fits 2 adults), dining table turns into another bed ( fits 1 person 300lbs max), kid's room has 3 beds all 100 lbs max.
What's included
Portable charcoal bbq grill, 4 camping chair, generator, one 25' 50 amp cord, one 10' 50 amp extension cord, 2 reducer from 50 amp to 110 volt, one 50 amp power surge, water filter with 50' water hose, 1 outdoor mat, 2 sewage hose ( 10' & 15' ), 4 tire chalk, 2 blocks of leveling plates. Kitchen has pots and pans, utensil, knives, cutting board, bowls, cups, plates, keurig coffee maker.
Other things to note
Since most renters like to bring their own linens I won't provide fresh linens unless requested. This way you will have more storage room for your use. Must let me know ahead of time and how many beds to be made so i can properly prepare. Any late returns after 3 pm will be charge an extra day. If trailer is return super dirty it will be an additional $120 cleaning fee charge. No rentals available for beaches or deserts.
