The most modern water sports facility in northern Colorado, Boyd Lake State Park boasts over 1,700 surface-acres of water for boating, fishing, sailing and more. A sandy beach and seasonably warm water make Boyd Lake a favorite among windsurfers, water-skiers and swimmers. This family-oriented park is the perfect place for visitors of all ages. Boyd State Park offers a wide range of outdoor activities and amenities that include an Amphitheater, beach, biking, bird watching, jet skiing, and more. The RV facilities include pull-thru sites, big rig access, dump station, 50 amp. here is a group pavilion and group picnic area, playground, coffee shop, and General Store. One thing that you may not like is that the campground feels more like a city park than a state park. Nevertheless, you are in the perfect spot to explore some of the most pristine parts of Colorado. Fort Collins Lakeside/KOA is unbeatable as a base camp for touring the Front Range of Colorado. They are on the NW corner of Ft.
