All linens including pillows, sheets, blankets, towels etc. are provided unless you would like to bring your own. Also provided are dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, even an Instapot, blender, waffle maker, toaster, and hand mixer for your use. Coffee pot and Mini Keurig are also included for use by our guests. Includes camp chairs and hot dog roasters. . We have some fun board games, corn hole, badminton, volleyball for you and your family to enjoy as well. Our 5th wheel has lots of counter space, including a center island with a farmhouse sink and the faucet has a pull down sprayer. The bathroom has a nice sized shower with corner seat. A beautiful electric fireplace for those romantic evenings or cozy family time. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a comfortable new memory foam mattress. The master also has a nice sized closet that is a slide out. The couch folds out into a double sized bed in the main living area. Two very comfortable theater style recliners that our grandchildren love to sleep in! I cannot say enough about Mark and Jen, they were great, so easy to deal with and the nicest couple. Once you meet them you can tell they would be great friends. We always rent an RV for our travels so have stayed in many. This model by far was the best we have ever rented. The floor plan was well designed, so easy to work in the kitchen area lots of room with the the island, farm sink and extra counter. The kitchen is also well stocked with all you need including an Insta Pot. I always pack way too much but in this unit had many empty bins which is a first. The living area has the most comfortable leather recliners and couch in an L shape in front of the fireplace, very roomy. I have always disliked the small showers in an RV but this one was extra big. The bed was very comfortable. As to our travels to other areas will always try and find this particular RV make and model to rent. Even our friends we were traveling with that have their own RV are planning on checking out this model for purchase-they liked better than theirs. Great first trip to Coos Bay loved easy access from our site to riding the dunes and on the beach in our RZR. Probably obvious but anytime we are close to Coos Bay we will definitely be renting from Mark and Jen

This was a last minute listing, Mark and his spouse were WONDERFUL. Die or a cancellation, we were without a camper for our vacation. I reached out at 10pm, not expecting a response. They relied quickly, and by 5pm the following day, the camper was delivered to the location I requested. Clean, well stocked, in proper order. Only one minor damage which was reported at the walk through. Mark and his wife jumped through hoops for my family to continue their vacation. I am forever grateful! Throughout the entire stay, they were available for any questions. I will certainly use them again in future!
