There's an exterior sound system for outdoor entertainment. You can enjoy listening favorite radio stations or your own music while grilling outside. My RV can sleep up to 6 people. It has a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a comfortable theater seats sleeper, and a convertible dinette. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, three-burner stove, oven, and a double sink. Cooking on the road is a breeze. The bathroom is roomy and includes a full-sized shower, toilet, and sink. It provides all the comforts of home while you're on the road. Inside, there's a large Hdtv, a DVD player, and a surround sound system for those times when you want to relax indoors. My RV has a powerful air conditioning system and a propane furnace, ensuring you're comfortable no matter the weather. The master bedroom can be closed off from the rest of the RV for added privacy. Setting up camp is a breeze with the automatic leveling system. Just push a button, and your RV levels itself. There's plenty of storage both inside and in the basement compartments, making it easy to bring along all your gear and essentials. The spacious interior, multiple slide-outs, and thoughtful layout ensure a comfortable and roomy experience for renters.What's includedWater/Electric /Sewage Hook ups, and 3 Rolls of Approved Black tank toilet paper, And the unit is fully varnished with sheets blankets, cook utensils and pots and pans.Other things to notePlease No smoking of any kind or lit candles. children under the age of 7 must be with an adult supervisor in the trailer and never be left alone. No climbing on the roof, I will need to be aware of all festivals the trailer will be parked at. Animals must not be left to run freely inside the trailer while no one is home. Pets must be left in a kennel while owners are out and a mat will need to be placed under the kennel to prevent damage to the hardwood floors. Renters would need to bring sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, silverware, and dishware.Please note that if any of our rules are violated, a fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
