This is our new Crossroads Zinger that we are listing for rent on days we are not enjoying it. The unit includes a bunkhouse with storage cabinets, tv, 1/2 bath with outside access and can be closed off from the living area. The Bunks sleep two each with memory foam toppers and the bunk area has a dedicated AC unit. Living area/kitchen has a jackknife sofa and a U shaped dinette that will make into beds. There is an electric fireplace that produces heat below the TV and sound bar . The kitchen has an island with a stainless steel sink and a high rise faucet, gas/electric refrigerator, three burner gas cook top with oven, and microwave. Bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress, TV, and access to the full bathroom. Full bathroom has a stand up shower and can also be accessed from the living area. Outside amenities include lighted awning, exterior speakers controlled by Bluetooth enabled sound bar, outdoor shower, electric hitch jack, storage area at front, outdoor kitchen with two burner gas cook top, small sink, and mini fridge. The Cleaning Fee includes Dumping and Flushing of Holding Tanks, Refilling of Propane Bottles, and Detail Cleaning (Renter responsible for removing the everyday trash). Delivery/Setup/Pickup Available within 100 miles. Generator available for a Daily Fee. Pets allowed for an additional fee.What's includedThe RV comes with pots, pans, utensils, linens, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic utensils, Keurig Mini coffee maker w/some coffee K-Pods, toaster, blender, aluminum foil , paper towels, napkins, toilet paper and a new box of facial tissue. There are sets of 4 each of bath towels, hand towels, wash rags and a few small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds have clean sheets and pillow cases.Also there are TV's in the Main room, Bedroom, and Bunk House (has DVD Player). The RV has an antenna for digital over the air signal. We normally bring our Fire TV (firesticks) from home when we go camping.
